Art-Deco exploted in the 40's and 50's in El Salvador and as down town grew so were the buildings showing this style, unfortunately this building haven't had much luck, nobody pays attention to them anymore and keep deteriorating...people just think they look old... I hate it when people don't appreciate good work...
